- Source potential candidates from various online channels
On-boarding & Off-boarding process
Authority
- Pre Documentation & Post Documentation
Reimbursement forms
Key Competencies:
• Shortlisting CV’s
• Face to Face Interview
• On-boarding & Off-boarding documentation
• Reviewing, Analysing & approving employees expenses as per HR Policy
• Record Management of employees
Taking care of the complete HR activities
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA in HR
