We need a Store Keeper for our active construction site in Bhubaneswar. If you have worked in a real estate or construction company store before and you know how to manage materials properly - we want to meet you.

Location: Kalky Ananta Site, Rang Bazar, Bhubaneswar
Age: 28 to 45 years
Experience: Minimum 5 years

What You Will Do

Receiving Materials

Check every material that comes to site. Count the quantity. Check the quality. Match with the purchase order. If anything is wrong, inform the Project Manager immediately. Write a GRN entry for every delivery. Collect the delivery challan and keep it protected.

Storing Materials

Keep all materials properly stored and organised. Cement and steel must be stored correctly to avoid damage. Tiles and sanitary fittings must be stored carefully to avoid breakage. Paints and chemicals must be stored safely. Everything must have a proper place in the store.

Issuing Materials

Never give materials without a written slip signed by the site engineer. Maintain a daily register of what was given, to whom, for which work, and how much. No material goes out without a proper record.

Stock Counting and Reconciliation

Count stock every week. Match with your register. If anything is missing or extra, report it immediately. Every month prepare a full report showing what came in, what went out, and what is remaining. Keep wastage records separately.

Record Keeping

Maintain your store register every day without fail. Prepare a daily stock report for the Project Manager. Keep all delivery documents, test certificates,



and vendor papers in proper files. Be ready to show your records at any time.

Planning Ahead

Inform the procurement team when any material is getting low. Never let the site run out of material without giving advance warning. Talk to site engineers daily to understand what materials will be needed next.

What We Are Looking For

Graduate in Commerce. Minimum 5 years experience as Store Keeper. Must have worked in a real estate or construction site store - this is compulsory. Must know how to handle structural materials like cement, steel, and aggregates as well as finishing materials like tiles, paint, and sanitary fittings. Must know GRN, issue slips, and stock registers. Must be able to work in MS Excel. Knowledge of Tally is an added advantage.

Who Should Apply

What We Offer

Long term stable job on a growing project. Salary between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 35,000 per month based on experience and capability. Stable long-term engagement on an active and growing project. . Supportive work environment with clear responsibilities.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹34,089.78 per month
