Job Summary

The Junior Technical Assistant will be responsible for creating qualified PowerPoint presentations, supporting academic/administrative teams with digital content preparation, formatting documents, and providing basic technical assistance for smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

PPT Creation & Design

- Create visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for academic, training, meetings, and organizational requirements.
- Convert raw content, notes, and data into structured presentation formats.
- Design PPT layouts, templates, diagrams, charts, tables, and infographics.
- Ensure proper alignment, formatting, animations, and presentation flow.
- Update and modify existing PPT files as per requirements.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, branding, and design standards.

Technical Support

- Provide basic technical support to staff for computers, projectors, printers, and presentation equipment.
- Assist during meetings, seminars, workshops, and classroom presentations.
- Troubleshoot basic software and hardware-related issues.
- Manage digital files, folders, and backups.

Content & Documentation Support

- Prepare and format documents, reports, and digital materials.
- Assist in creating educational/marketing materials using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and MS Office.




- Organize and maintain presentation libraries and templates.
- Ensure accuracy of content, spelling, and formatting.

Coordination

- Coordinate with teachers, departments, and management for presentation requirements.
- Understand requirements and deliver PPTs within timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational documents.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint (Advanced level preferred).
- Knowledge of:
- MS Word & Excel
- Canva / Graphic Design basics
- Image editing basics
- File management
- Good understanding of presentation design principles.
- Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good typing and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications / IT-related field preferred.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in PPT creation, documentation, or technical support.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Quality and creativity of PPT presentations.
- Timely completion of assigned presentations.
- Accuracy of content and formatting.
- Support response time for technical issues.
- Proper maintenance of digital resources.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
