Job Description:

The Room Service Associate is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner while ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction. The role also includes taking room service orders, setting up trays/trolleys, and maintaining hygiene and service standards.

- Take guest room service orders accurately and politely.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly.
- Set up trays and trolleys as per hotel standards.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and temperature are maintained during delivery.
- Explicit used trays, dishes, and service items from guest rooms.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant team for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the room service area.
- Follow hotel service standards and safety procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
