About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, billing, payment handling, and customer service. Candidates with experience in Hotels, Resorts, Golf Clubs, or Hospitality will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle front office operations and customer interactions.
- Generate invoices and process member/guest billing.
- Collect payments through Cash, Card, UPI, and POS.
- Manage daily cash collection and closing.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Verify member/guest details before providing services.
- Reconcile daily billing with system reports.
- Maintain accurate financial and customer records.




- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Follow company policies and financial controls.

Eligibility

- Graduate (B.Com / Commerce / Hospitality / Finance)
- 2–3 years of experience in Front Office, Billing, Accounts, or Customer Service.
- Hospitality, Hotel, Resort, or Golf Club experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Experience in cash handling and billing software is an advantage.
