- Handle customer service requests and complaints.
- Register warranty and repair requests.
- Coordinate with technicians and authorized service centers.
- Track repair status and update customers.
- Maintain service records and job cards.
- Arrange spare parts and schedule service visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
