Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a baker, based in or around the Aldona area. The baker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of baked goods as well as menu items to order. Responsibilities include mixing ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and ensuring that baked goods meet quality standards. The baker will also collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and maintain inventory of ingredients. Requirements include preparing and managing inventory of dine-in menu components, pantry essentials for the store space, as well as customized orders including cakes and items off the catering menu.



The role can sometimes include special events with occasional service.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Bakery and Baking
- Experience in Food Preparation, including making sandwiches and breads
- Attention to detail and ability to produce consistent quality products
- Positive time management and organizational abilities
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Previous experience in baking or culinary arts is preferred
- Formal training or certification in bakery or pastry arts is a plus
- Own transport required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
