We are looking for an experienced Software Development Team Lead to manage a team of developers, oversee project execution, and actively participate in client meetings and requirement discussions. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in MERN / MEAN / AI technologies, along with proven leadership and communication skills to ensure successful delivery of software projects and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the software development team to deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and technical discussions
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to resolve issues
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, timelines, and quality processes
- Handle project planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status
- Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Software Development, including team leadership
- Strong hands-on experience in MERN / MEAN stack or similar technologies
- Experience managing development teams and client communication
- Good understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
