Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum.
- Drive academic excellence and continuous improvement in student outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure smooth school operations, discipline, safety, and compliance with CBSE norms.
- Build solid relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community.
- Develop and implement strategies for admissions, branding, and institutional growth.
- Monitor budgets, resource utilization, and overall school performance.
- Foster innovation, technology integration,



and continuous professional development among staff.

Eligibility

- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal in a reputed CBSE school is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge of CBSE regulations, NEP 2020, school administration, and educational best practices.
- Proven ability to improve academic outcomes and lead high-performing teams.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,75,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
