Job Description-Business Development Associate (BDA)-DSA Loans

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Margao, Mapusa, Belgaum

BDA is responsible for acquiring current customers, sourcing loan applications, and achieving sales targets for loan products such as Home Loan, Loan Against Property (Mortgage Loan ) Personal Loan, Business Loan,Vehical Loan (Car Loan ) & Education Loan in the market.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Lead Generation & Sourcing : Identifying & Proactively sourcing of potential customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, open market sourcing, and branches.

● Loan Product Pitching & Sales : Explain various loan products, interest rates, fees, and features to potential customers.

● Documentation & Processing: Collecting,verifying,and managing the KYC documents, income proofs and ensure KYC compliance.

● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and potential renewals or referrals.

● Channel Partner Management: Coordinate with empanelled Direct Selling Agents (DSAs),



connectors & Private & Govt Banks in the market to boost loan origination.

● Target Achievement: Meeting daily,monthly,and quarterly sales targets regarding the number of loan files and disbursed amount

● Sales Reporting: Maintain and submit daily sales & activity reports (DSAR) in the prescribed format.

Requirement & Skills: -

● Education: Minimum Graduate

● Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in loan sales, financial products

● Skills: Strong communication,negotiation,and interpersonal skills

● Attributes: Target -oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel for field work

Compensation & Career Growth:-

● Structure: Fixed salary +incentives per successful loan disbursal as per the threshold limit

● Career Path: Opportunities for growth to roles like Business Development Manager or Sales Manager

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
