Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, perform Excel-based reporting, handle office communications, and support administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to start their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
- Enter and manage data in Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare Excel reports and update MIS reports.
- Assist in bank reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
- Manage and respond to official emails and customer inquiries.
- Perform general office administration and support daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members as required.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, filters, and spreadsheets).
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to speak and understand Kannada is mandatory.
- Robust attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and customer interactions professionally.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently residing in Bangalore only.
- Must be fluent in Kannada (speaking).
- Willing to work from the office on a full-time basis.
