We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Assistant to support our warehouse and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will assist with packaging products, operating packaging machines, preparing customer orders, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. The role requires attention to detail, basic technical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Pack products accurately and ensure proper labeling and quality standards.
- Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory in the store/warehouse.
- Maintain stock records and report inventory shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure orders are dispatched on time with the correct documentation.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of packaging equipment.
- Follow workplace safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Support other warehouse and store operations as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, store, or packaging environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate or learn packaging machinery.
- Basic understanding of inventory handling and dispatch processes.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move packages when required.
- Basic computer skills for order processing.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
