- Conduct initial patient assessments and rehabilitation consultations.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, physiotherapists, and nursing staff.
- Monitor patient progress and recommend changes to treatment plans when required.
- Provide counselling and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with rehabilitation protocols, ethical standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation programmes, medication compliance, and aftercare.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
