Type: Part-time — Thursdays only, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are a private clinic that runs once a week, serving 40–50 patients each clinic day. We're looking for a dedicated part-time Personal Assistant to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is central to ensuring every patient has a smooth, pleasant experience from their very first phone call.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously

Manage appointment bookings efficiently, minimizing scheduling conflicts and wait times

Resolve scheduling conflicts and patient concerns calmly and tactfully

Communicate with patients politely and with a high standard of empathy at all times

Coordinate the doctor's daily schedule and assist with day-to-day clinic administration

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (fluent, spoken and written)





Basic working knowledge of English for patient communication

Strong appointment scheduling and organizational abilities

Proven conflict-resolution skills with a calm, patient-first approach

Warm, polite, and empathetic manner with patients of all ages

Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer-facing role is an advantage
