You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing sponsorship opportunities with brands for athletes, influencers, .

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and acquire sponsorship opportunities from brands.
- Build relationships with marketing managers, brand managers, and decision-makers.
- Prepare sponsorship proposals and customized partnership presentations.
- Conduct meetings, negotiations, and close sponsorship deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Maintain a healthy Sponsorship pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sponsorship trends and identify new business opportunities.

Experience

1–4 years

Salary

₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA

Preferred Background

Experience in sponsorship sales,



business development, brand partnerships, media sales, sports marketing, or event sponsorship.

Ideal Candidate

- Has an existing network of brand decision-makers.
- Proven ability to acquire sponsorships or commercial partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Robust presentation and communication abilities.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Excellent English communication.
