Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our daily business activities. This role provides hands-on experience in operational management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will gain exposure to administrative tasks, project coordination, and organizational systems that drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and workflow coordination
- Support documentation, reporting, and data entry tasks
- Help streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
- Coordinate with different departments (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain records, track progress of ongoing projects, and prepare status updates
- Assist in onboarding processes and internal communications
- Provide support in scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and organizing files

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management,



or related field
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
