Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities while handling export-related documentation, compliance, and financial coordination. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and export procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with CA for audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.

Export Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare and verify export invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and related export documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Handle export documentation including Letter of Credit (LC),



Advance Authorization, LUT, IEC, and related procedures.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and export regulations.
- Maintain export records and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with international customers regarding invoices, payment follow-ups, and shipping documentation.
- Assist in export incentive documentation such as RoDTEP and other applicable government schemes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with export documentation and international trade procedures.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting with export operations.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or export industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
