Customer Success & Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused skilled to join our founding team and help build the company's customer success function.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support

- Handle customer enquiries and order coordination
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate order status and delivery updates

Sales Coordination

- Prepare quotations
- Follow up on quotations
- Convert enquiries into orders
- Maintain customer database and CRM

Order Management

- Receive customer purchase orders
- Create Sales Orders in ERP
- Coordinate artwork and sample approvals
- Track production and dispatch status

Manufacturing Coordination

- Coordinate with manufacturing partners
- Follow up on production schedules
- Ensure timely dispatch
- Escalate delays proactively

Documentation

- Quotations
- Sales Orders




- Purchase Orders
- Delivery Tracking
- Customer Reports
- Daily MIS

ERP & Technology

- Work extensively on our cloud-based ERP (CorruFlow)
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Generate reports and dashboards

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
- Is proactive and customer-oriented
- Can coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Has strong follow-up skills
- Is well organized and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable working with ERP software, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Can work independently in a startup environment

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries will be an advantage:

- Corrugated Packaging
- Printing & Packaging
- Manufacturing
- Industrial Products
- B2B Sales Support
- Customer Service
- Supply Chain Coordination

Education

- Any Graduate
- MBA or Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage
