Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining the company’s products and services, following up on leads, and maintaining customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company’s products and services.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned calling and business targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Plus Two (+2) or above.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
