About the Role

Petrozone International is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Web & Graphics Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging marketing creatives, managing the company website, creating user-friendly web interfaces, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all digital and print platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Design & Management

- Design, develop, and maintain the company website with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and responsive design.
- Update website content, banners, landing pages, travel packages, blogs, and promotional offers regularly.
- Optimize website performance, loading speed, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with developers and the Digital Marketing team to implement new website features and enhancements.
- Ensure website security, functionality, and regular backups.

Graphic Design

- Create high-quality creatives for:
- Social media posts, stories, and reels
- Website banners and landing pages
- Brochures, flyers, catalogues, and travel guides
- Corporate presentations
- Email marketing campaigns
- Advertisements and promotional materials
- Event branding and exhibition materials
- Design logos, icons, infographics, and other branding assets.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with the company's brand guidelines.

UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user journey flows.
- Enhance user experience through improved layouts, navigation, and usability.

Multimedia & Video Editing

- Create and edit promotional videos, motion graphics, reels, and animations.
- Edit travel videos, testimonials, destination highlights, and corporate presentations.




- Optimize multimedia content for various digital platforms.

Collaboration & Brand Management

- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and Sales team to create campaign-specific creatives.
- Coordinate with content writers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors when required.
- Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity across all online and offline communication.
- Develop and maintain creative templates and design standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in web design, graphic design, or multimedia design.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or Service industry is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating web design, branding, UI/UX, and marketing creatives.

Technical SkillsWeb

- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (Basic to Intermediate)
- WordPress (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.)
- Responsive Web Design
- Basic knowledge of PHP and website hosting is an added advantage.

Design Tools

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe XD
- Figma
- Canva (Pro)

Video Editing

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut or equivalent software

Additional Skills

- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and website analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Google Web Designer is an added advantage.
- Basic photography and photo editing skills are a plus.
