Job Summary

Pratham Hospital is seeking dedicated and qualified Staff Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care in our wards, ICU, and emergency departments. Candidates should have a strong medical foundation and a compassionate approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day patient care, monitor vital signs, and administer medications/IVs as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during clinical examinations, rounds, and minor procedures.
- Maintain accurate, real-time patient charts and nursing documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure high standards of hygiene and infection control.

Requirements

- Education: B.Sc Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
- Registration:



Valid registration with the Nursing Council.
- Experience: 0–5 years of experience in a hospital setup. Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome.
- Skills: Good communication, empathy, quick decision-making, and teamwork.
