Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with administrative, customer service, and order processing activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, the sales team, production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders and quotations.

· Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

· Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries.

· Maintain customer records and update sales data in Excel.

· Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts for timely order execution.

· Track pending orders and provide regular status updates to customers.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

· Assist in achieving sales targets by providing administrative support.





· Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.

· Maintain proper filing of sales documents and records.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.

· 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Customer Support Executive.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Experience with software is an added advantage.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
