WE ARE HIRING – PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT

Location - Kerala, India

TRUS HOLDING is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree / M.Com / MBA ( Finance or HR)

* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing

* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (advanced Excel preferred – formulas, pivot tables, data handling)

* Good communication and organizational skills

* Familiarity with ERP systems

* Ability to handle employee data confidentially and with high accuracy

* Knowledge of employee benefits, deductions, leave salary, gratuity calculations, and final settlements

* Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

* Basic understanding of accounting entries related to payroll





* Ability to coordinate with HR, Finance, and Admin teams effectively

* Problem-solving skills and ability to handle payroll-related queries independently
