Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in Pharma/Biometrics hiring to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves hiring specialized profiles within clinical research and biometrics functions while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality talent acquisition.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Biometrics roles, including Statistical Programmers, Biostatisticians, and Clinical Data Management professionals

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, experience, and communication skills

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines

- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders

- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment documentation

- Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination





- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Pharma, CRO, or Life Sciences

- Hands-on experience hiring Biometrics profiles is highly preferred

- Basic understanding of clinical research and biometrics terminology

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced environment

- Proficiency with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing

Requirements
Expectations for the candidates: • 5+ years of experience working in clinical trials • 2+ years Oncology TA experience required, recent experience strongly preferred • Experience in CDISC • Experience in SAP development and review, eCRF review • Experience as study lead statistician • Experience working on integrated/pooled analyses (e.g. ISS/ISE) • Strong communication and collaboration skills
