Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Finance & Accounts

Experience: 8–12 Years

Industry Preference: Real Estate (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 8–12 years of experience, preferably in the real estate sector, with strong exposure to banking and financial institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalization of Balance Sheet and Financial Statements

- Timely closure of books of accounts

- Preparation and presentation of MIS reports for management with actionable financial insights

- Managing banking relationships, loan documentation, and compliance with sanction terms

- Handling periodic compliances such as stock statements, QIS, CMA, etc.





- Ensuring statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC) and coordinating audits

- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

- Project-wise financial tracking and reporting

- Strengthening internal controls and supporting financial planning & decision-making

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8–12 years of relevant experience

- Experience in real estate industry preferred

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and banking processes

- Positive analytical and communication skills

Salary: As per industry standards

Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
