Communicate with patients to coordinate home sample collection.
Visit patients' homes to collect samples according to scheduled appointments.
Collect samples and perform rapid testing when required.
Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques and SOPs.
Accurately identify patients and verify identity documents.
Perform venipuncture or finger-stick procedures.
Use correct testing equipment to analyze samples.
Label vials accurately and match specimens with patient records.
Prepare and package specimens for safe transportation.
Maintain accurate records of patient data and test results.
Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Ensure proper tagging and documentation.
Follow biohazard safety and biomedical waste management protocols.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1 to 10 years in phlebotomy or related functions. Skills: Blood collection and sample handling,
understanding of diagnostic protocols, knowledge of biomedical waste management, empathy, professionalism, basic computer operations, and good communication skills.
Education: DMLT / BMLT.
Other Requirements: Two-wheeler, valid DL/LL, willingness to travel, customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
