Job Description:

Requirement:
• Need at least 8 years of experience in performance engineering
• Ability to identify non-functional requirements through business requirements analysis and architecture topology information
• Experience in preparing performance test plans, devising performance test strategies and Test Data Management
• Provide technical through leadership to the project teams
• Ability to derive performance engineering solutions based on the customer’s requirements
• Experienced with test estimation, resource planning and forecasting
• Proven ability in delivering complex, mid to large performance testing projects on time and budget
• Experienced in liaising with Technical Project Managers, Designers, Business users, Developers, Release managers, Team members and various Support Groups for smooth delivery of the project
• Experience with performance testing software like HP Load Runner, Performance Center Service, Jmeter, Rational Performance Tester etc.
• Experience in conducting different types of performance tests: Load, Volume, Stress, Failover,



Scalability etc and performance monitoring using CA Wily, dynaTraceetc
• Exposure to all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SQA processes.
• Knowledgeable in different delivery models - V-model, Waterfall model,Agile etc
• Preparing Test Reports
• Guide the team towards innovations and support in PoCs / PoVs
• Work allocation to team members
• Manages team in their daily tasks which include project tasks, operations support tasks, and management of application performance defects and testing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communicational skills
• Participate in weekly, monthly and Steering Committee meetings, with customers as needed
• Knowledgeable in Performance Engineering Process and methodologies
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of the emerging trends in technology and apply this knowledge in establishing recent and innovative technology solutions
• Experience in working on mobility, Big Data, cloud applications is preferable
• Willing to travel and work in different locations based on customer requirements
