The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business goals and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles and practices.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Experience in developing business cases and defining business solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and discussions to gather requirements and drive consensus.
