Training Delivery We are hiring for a Training Delivery & Quality Lead (Technical) role, focused on ensuring high-quality technical training programs. The role involves curriculum validation, trainer evaluation, delivery monitoring, assessment design, and resolving technical challenges during program execution.
Role : Training Delivery & Quality Lead - ( Technical )
Location : Remote/ Occasional to Chennai office.
Start Date : Immediate
Candidate Preferred: From Chennai and around Tamil Nadu.
The candidate will work closely with trainers, clients, and internal teams to maintain training standards and improve learning outcomes. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of technical experience (Full Stack, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, or DevOps) along with exposure to training, L&D;, or program management.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
