Civil Engineer - Commercial/Residential Buildings

Project civil work at site as per approved drawings, documentation updating daily site program report

B-Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Design and Planning: Develop detailed engineering designs for commercial building projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Project Management: Oversee construction activities, manage timelines, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Budget Management:



Assist in preparing project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial building projects.
- Skills:
- Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
