- Drawing patient blood samples in sample collection.
- Matching patient receipt with the prescription before sample collection
- Noting the diagnosis and relevant history of patient where required
- Looking after the overall housekeeping of the sample collection area
- Keeping the director informed on customer feedback / complaints
- Maintaining confidentiality of information regarding patients.
