Position Summary:

KHAS is looking for a agile and result-oriented Admissions Head / Centre Head to lead student admissions, manage centre operations, and drive growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in education institutes, colleges, skill academies, or hospitality training institutes.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Business Development:

- Lead and manage the student admissions process end-to-end

- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets

- Plan and execute admission campaigns, counselling sessions, walk-ins, and follow-ups

- Build relationships with schools, colleges, consultants, and industry partners

- Handle student and parent counselling professionally

Centre & Academic Coordination:

- Oversee daily centre operations

- Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and academic teams

- Ensure compliance with institute policies and quality standards

- Support placement activities and industry engagement





Team Management & Reporting:

- Manage admissions counsellors and support staff

- Track leads, conversions, and prepare MIS reports

- Coordinate with Corporate HR and Management

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years experience in education institutes, colleges, skill development institutes, or hospitality academies

- Strong background in admissions, counselling, or centre management

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Target-driven and result-oriented

- Willingness to travel locally for admissions activities

Qualification:

- Graduate / Postgraduate (Education, Hospitality, or Management preferred)
