SILAII is India's leading premium sculpture and home décor brand, known for creating beautifully crafted sculptures and souvenirs that preserve cherished memories. After successful retail operations in Chennai and Coimbatore, SILAII is expanding to Hyderabad and looking for a passionate Retail Store Sales Manager to lead our new store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including sales, billing, inventory, customer service, and team coordination.
- Drive store sales targets and maximize revenue performance.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor team productivity and individual performance.
- Deliver a premium customer experience and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Execute visual merchandising, store displays, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and stock management.
- Maintain store hygiene, SOP compliance, and operational standards.
- Track daily sales reports, customer feedback, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with the Head Office on branding, logistics, marketing, and store operations.
- Support festive campaigns, store launches, and local promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, décor, jewellery, electronics, premium gifting, or similar retail sectors.
- Solid communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Hindi is an added advantage; Tamil is a bonus.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using POS systems, billing software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work during weekends, festive seasons, and peak business periods.
- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred or willing to relocate.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Retail, Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred.
