Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

- Communicate requirement/Plan to supplier.
- Escalate supplier issue to the superior.
- Perform stock calculation on regular interval and escalate variance to superior.
- Ensure correct transaction of material in system.
- Inform BDE's items stock to superior in daily meetings.
- Monitor inward & outward activity as per GRN.
- Conduct trial/inspection as per drawing.
- Ensure all external and internal auditory standards and improvement requirements are met for product quality at supplier end.
- Lead and coach supervisor team at supplier end.
- Daily interact with supplier team for CI task.
- Contribute / Give feedback to make SOP.
- Execute / Plan CI task trials without affecting daily production.
- Actual work on machine / process to execute CHANGE.
- Effective communication of plan and daily requirement of parts.
- Daily review with supplier for shortage.
- Identify issues in supplier product on shop floor and escalate to superior.
- Address all supplier issues to respective superior.
- Ensure discipline on Shop Floor.

- OKR/TP PMS SUBMISSION WITH SENIOR'S REVIEW
- CONFORMANCE TO CALENDAR self.
- Use F/W as per relevance.
- Ensure all workers are worked at as per company policy.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

- Education - BE (Mechanical / Production) / B.Tech / DME.
- BE with Experience - 03-05 Yrs.
- DME with 04-06 Yrs. in Supply Chain / Production Line Management at supplier.
- Knowledge of production processes.
- Knowledge of Lean & TPM tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & SAP.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems & Safety requirements.
- Knowledge of Kanban / JIT.
- Hands-on experience in working with Sheet Metal, Plastic Moulding and Pressure Die Casting component suppliers, Precision Machining & BRASS machining components.
