Silvalet is a growing home care and caregiving services company dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven and personable Business Development Associate to be the face of our brand — connecting with customers, closing deals, and helping us scale.

Role Overview

The BDA will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and ensure seamless coordination of caregiver assignments. This is a front-office, client-facing role based at our Trivandrum office.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Lead Management: Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries; conduct lead calls, understand client requirements, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Sales Closure: Own the end-to-end sales process — from initial contact to final deal closure — with a focus on meeting monthly conversion targets.
- Front Office Representation: Be present at the Trivandrum office Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for walk-in clients.
- Data & Records Management: Accurately maintain all client records, lead trackers, booking sheets, and sales data to ensure up-to-date reporting at all times.
- B2B & Client Meetings: Represent Silvalet at business-to-business meetings, corporate client interactions, and networking events to build institutional partnerships.
- Customer Follow-Up: Provide timely feedback calls and regular follow-ups for premium and recurring customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
- Caregiver Coordination: Upon booking confirmation,



post assignments to the caregiver group and coordinate with the appropriate caregiver to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, empathetic demeanor — especially significant in a caregiving context.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining client and booking data.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to represent the company at external meetings and events.
- Resident of or able to commute to Trivandrum daily.
