We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers who can generate business opportunities by connecting with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to business owners and potential clients.
- Explain our digital marketing services professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Handle customer queries professionally and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).




- Confident and persuasive speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome. Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Preferred Candidates

- Experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing services will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
