Description

Receive and verify incoming raw materials against Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Notes. Ensure proper unloading, identification, labeling, and storage of materials as per SOPs. Maintain FEFO/FIFO practices for material issuance. Issue raw materials to production as per approved Material Requisition Slips. Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP/ERP. Perform daily stock reconciliation and cycle counting. Coordinate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance for sampling, quarantine, release, rejection, and material movement. Ensure proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive and hazardous materials. Monitor stock levels and inform procurement regarding reorder requirements. Maintain warehouse documentation in compliance with GMP and GDP requirements. Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation within the warehouse. Handle hazardous chemicals, solvents, and flammable materials as per EHS guidelines. Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
