We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3–6 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, project accounting, vendor payments, customer receivables, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare and reconcile bank, cash, and ledger accounts.
- Process vendor bills, purchase invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Manage customer receipts, booking collections, demand notes, and outstanding receivables.
- Prepare and process contractor and vendor payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile GST, TDS, bank accounts, and customer/vendor ledgers.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, project cost tracking, and expense monitoring.
- Maintain project-wise accounting records and cost allocation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, agreements, receipts, and financial records.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
