Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer cum Quality Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in Government building construction projects (CPWD/PWD/Smart City/Infrastructure). The candidate will be responsible for billing, quantity verification, quality assurance, material reconciliation, and ensuring project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit RA Bills, Final Bills, and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
- Verify quantities as per approved drawings and executed work.
- Monitor BOQ quantities, prepare rate analysis for extra/non-BOQ items, and reconcile materials.
- Verify and certify subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Government Authorities for bill approvals and payments.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with CPWD/PWD specifications, IS Codes, and approved drawings.
- Verify construction materials and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and test reports.
- Raise and monitor NCRs,



corrective actions, and support quality audits.
- Maintain billing, quality, and contractual documentation for audits and compliance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Billing, Quantity Surveying, and QA/QC.
- Experience in Government Building Construction Projects.
- Knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications, BOQ, rate analysis, and IS Codes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Eligibility

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Billing and QA/QC for building construction projects.
- Experience in Government/CPWD/PWD/Smart City projects preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to a 7-day notice period will be preferred.
