This role operates at the intersection of Rate Analysis, Preparing the BOQ and PQ documents. It is a hands-on execution role requiring strong ownership and follow-through.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Search the tender in newspapers and websites daily.
- Prepare the BOQ and cross-check
- Ensure timely reporting and closure of pending items
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Accuracy in billing and BOQ validation
- Timeliness of reporting and reconciliation cycles
- % of pending items closed within deadlines
- Reduction in billing discrepancies/errors
- Consistency in site data tracking and reporting
- Responsiveness and follow-through with stakeholders
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Rate Analysis & preparing the PQ Documents.
- Proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Experience in BOQ validation
- Coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
