Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Site Engineer to join our energetic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and supervising electrical installations on various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all on-site electrical installation activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, drawings, and relevant electrical codes and standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with electrical contractors, technicians, and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and ensure all safety regulations and procedures are strictly followed.
- Identify and resolve any electrical issues or discrepancies that arise during construction, proposing effective and practical solutions.




- Prepare and review technical documents, including method statements, risk assessments, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project requirements.
- Manage and track material procurement, delivery, and inventory for electrical components, ensuring availability and minimizing waste.
- Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, panels, lighting, earthing, and fire alarm systems.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, daily logs, and documentation of all electrical works.
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) and evaluate variations and claims.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and conduct quality checks on installed electrical equipment and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
