Job Responsibilities

- Generate quality leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing activities.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and real estate consultants.
- Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, and networking activities.
- Plan and execute field activities, corporate visits, and promotional campaigns to generate site visits.
- Coordinate with the Closing Sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, channel partners, and site visits in CRM.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Stay updated with local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sourcing process.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, Channel Sales, or Business Development.




- Experience in residential real estate is mandatory.
- Strong network of brokers and channel partners in Neral, Karjat, Badlapur, Ambernath, Kalyan, or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach.
