JD - Service Engineer

Attend and resolve 100% Breakdown, PMS & Service Calls within 24–48 hours of call allocation in assigned territory.

Prepare and submit FSR & FRN with correct details, sign, stamp, and same-day photo submission to office without delay. Not for Gujarat

Ensure hard copy FSR submission within 72 hours of service completion, need to share soft copy on mail

Generate Demand from PMS & Breakdown Calls on the same day and update in PMS system/email/WhatsApp group with photo proof.

Complete Installations within committed timeline and submit signed & stamped installation report within 24 hours need to share hard & soft copy on mail

Submit CMC invoices with supporting documents within 3 working days and follow up for payment; update status in group same day.

Generate and submit CMC proposals within 30 days of expiry of warranty/CMC and ensure conversion tracking monthly.

Under CAMC projects, complete expense approval, work completion, verification & report submission within defined project timelines. – NOT FOR GUJARAT

Ensure 100% documentation compliance (FSR, invoices, quotations, letters, courier PODs) as per AEL & hospital process daily, Has to submit receving copy of all the documents to Mail & WA group.





Coordinate with OEM engineers when required and ensure issue resolution within agreed SLA timelines.

Collect machines/standby/accessories from office and ensure secure installation/dispatch with documentation within 48 hours.

Submit weekly task report every Saturday with updates & follow-ups without fail. Need to submit all the physical copies of (installations, FSR, Invoice, Letter, Delivery Challan, order copy submission to either Jaipur/Ahmedabad office.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Biomedical / Healthcare Equipment servicing & troubleshooting
- Understanding of PMS (Preventive Maintenance System) & CAMC/CMC processes
- Ability to prepare FSR, FRN, Installation Reports & CMC Documentation
- Knowledge of Hospital equipment compliance & safety standards
- Basic understanding of demand generation & customer relationship, invoice submission, quotation & payment follow-up process for Govt. hospitals/institutions.
- Knowledge of equipment installation, repair & calibration procedures

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
