Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring projects are completed to perfection? We're looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to lead our After-Sales Service operations while supporting ongoing site execution whenever required.

Key Responsibilities After-Sales Service (Primary Role)

- Handle all after-sales service requests from clients.
- Visit sites to inspect and resolve post-handover issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other technicians for timely resolutions.
- Ensure every complaint is addressed professionally and within the committed timeline.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
- Prepare service reports and track closure of all after-sales activities.

Site Supervision (Secondary Role)

- Support execution supervisors whenever required.
- Monitor on-site work quality and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.




- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Maintain timelines, quality standards, and site discipline.
- Report daily site progress to the project team.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Interior Site Supervision.
- Good knowledge of residential interior execution.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and teams.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, customer-focused, and willing to travel across project sites.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
