About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive L&D; Intern who is passionate about people development, training coordination, and workplace learning. The ideal candidate should have a Hotel Management background, solid communication skills, and the ability to support training initiatives across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and workshops
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and training materials
- Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback trackers
- Coordinate with department teams for training schedules and requirements
- Support day-to-day Learning & Development activities and HR initiatives
- Assist in creating creative and engaging learning content

- Pursuing or completed Hotel Management degree/diplomaInternship Details
- Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Certificate/Experience Letter will be provided upon successful completion

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
