Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 7–8 people
- Drive store sales, conversions, and customer experience
- Work closely with the Founder and senior leadership
- Build robust client relationships & repeat business (PR + retention)
- Ensure smooth daily store operations
- Maintain a positive, no-gossip, performance-driven culture

- Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Opp. Oberoi Mall)

- Experience: Prior retail/store management experience preferred
- Age Preference: 35+ (maturity and leadership focus)

Working Hours

- 9 hours shift (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
- 6 days working (1 weekday off, Monday–Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,277.77 - ₹50,559.53 per month
