- Supervise loading and unloading activities of materials, products, and shipments.
- Allocate work duties to loaders, helpers, and warehouse staff.
- Ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage of goods to prevent damage.
- Monitor vehicle loading schedules and dispatch timelines.
- Verify shipment quantities and documentation before loading and unloading.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct daily inspections of loading areas and equipment.
- Report shortages, damages, delays, and operational issues to management.
- Train and guide workers on secure material handling practices.
- Monitor productivity and workforce performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
