We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon who can be Clinical Associate to join our team. As an Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will provide expert surgical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, while also contributing to the development and implementation of treatment plans. As a Clinical Associate, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Surgical Responsibilities:

1. Perform orthopaedic surgical procedures, including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture repairs.

2. Evaluate patients pre-operatively and post-operatively to ensure optimal care.

3. Develop and implement surgical treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Clinical Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments of patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

2. Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and physical therapy.

3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.





Administrative Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

2. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

3. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

1. Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completion of orthopaedic surgery residency program.

2. Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery (or equivalent).

3. Robust clinical and surgical skills, with experience in orthopaedic surgery.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Fellowship training in a subspecialty of orthopaedic surgery (e.g., joint replacement, sports medicine).

2. Experience with robotic-assisted surgery or other advanced surgical technologies.

3. Strong research and publication record.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
