Educational Qualifications

- Master's Degree (M.A. English/English Language Teaching/Linguistics or equivalent) with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
- UGC-NET is highly preferred.
- Candidates possessing a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, in accordance with UGC Regulations, will be given preference.
- Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis or are in the final stage of completion may also apply.

Desired Skills

- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
- Excellent teaching skills in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking (RWLS).
- Ability to train students in presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, interviews, and workplace communication.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and blended learning methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled teaching tools, language learning platforms, and online assessment techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Experience in conducting language labs, communication workshops, and soft skills training will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate English language and communication courses.
- Develop students' Reading,



Writing, Listening, and Speaking (RWLS) skills through interactive and learner-centered pedagogies.
- Conduct Spoken English, Business Communication, Soft Skills, Personality Development, and Employability Skills training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assessments, and language learning resources.
- Mentor students for placements, interviews, presentations, group discussions, and competitive examinations.
- Organize workshops, expert lectures, literary activities, language clubs, communication labs, and value-added certification programs.
- Participate in curriculum development aligned with NEP 2020 and industry expectations.
- Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance initiatives such as NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and IQAC.
- Undertake research, publish in reputed journals, and participate in FDPs, seminars, and conferences.
- Support departmental administration, student engagement activities, admissions, outreach, placements, and institutional development initiatives.
