- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software customization.




- Document and communicate design specifications and development progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project tasks and technical challenges.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability through proactive troubleshooting and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aras Innovator Customization.
- Robust knowledge of software development life cycle and customization techniques within enterprise application platforms.
- Experience in scripting and configuring workflows, forms, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and integration concepts related to application customization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software components.

Additional Information:
